Defenses to Trafficking Charges:

Attorney Jeremy Geigle has the experience and legal skills to mount an aggressive, proactive legal defense on your behalf. There are often improprieties in various aspects of the case, including due process violations, such as:

  • Was the arrest valid?
  • Was there probable cause?
  • Were you made aware of Miranda rights?
  • Was information illegally coerced?
  • Was there a valid arrest warrant?
  • Was there a valid search?
  • Were you informed of the charges against you?
  • Others

Attorney Geigle will seek an immediate dismissal whenever appropriate. If the evidence was obtained as a result of an invalid search, he will seek to suppress its introduction. In cases where the evidence cannot be introduced, the case often falls apart. Other options include a satisfactory plea agreement or a reduction of charges. Most cases are settled out of court; however, if the case is ripe for trial, Attorney Geigle will seek a not guilty verdict. He will fight for your rights and your freedom.
